Baptism Class

This class is open to all new parents and expectant parents who feel led to investigate baptism for their children. This class is now required for your child to be baptized.

Computer Class

There will be two classes offered beginning in October. The beginner's class will cover the Windows operating system, word processing, making greeting cards, e-mail, and the Internet, etc. The intermediate class will cover more advanced uses of the things learned in the beginner's class plus spreadsheets and other items of interest to the class.

Meets in the Emmaus Room Tuesday 10:00 AM-Noon (no classes May-September)

Fellowship for Christ - Small Group

A new social group for adults is being formed. The goal of this small group is to help members realize our mission statement of "living in fellowship" by helping us to get to know each other better and "grow in Christ." We kicking off this summer when many of the other church activities seem to stop.

We will meet inside the church if inclement weather requires it so these events will not be postponed. We are making arrangements for babysitters at the church as needed, so let us know if you need a sitter. Donations for food will be accepted. Come out and join us for some "Fellowship for Christ."

Health Ministryprovides information and pamphlets to the congregation in the Family Living Area of the church. Members are always willing to answer questions confidentially. There are usually one or two health fairs throughout the year, so keep an eye out for information on the next one.

Inquirer's Class offers an invitation to all who are interested in joining the Emmaus Moravian Congregation, These informal gatherings are the setting for discussing our Christian faith, as well as the customs, history, beliefs, and organizational relationships of the Moravian Church.

Prayer Group

Second Wednesday, 9:30 M at Ruth Stoudt's and Fourth Sunday, 11:30 am in the Chapel

Spirit Named Compassion Class Are you experiencing a sense of grief and loss? Whether it is most recent or whether it happened years ago, pain knows no time frame. Out gathering together in the spirit of compassion and hope lead us to a new understanding when we lose a loved one. Please join our group, so that you can feel the strength of love with which God moves through our lives as we support one another in our prayers and hopes.

Meets in the Moravian Room the second Thursday - September through May - 7:00 PM

Women’s Friendship Group

Come join our “Women’s” time together. Our group will be lighthearted and enjoyable. We will touch on women’s topics, as well as, grow together as sisters in Christ. We look forward to seeing you!
